We must be clear about our goals and ensure that anti-racism and equity remain long-term priorities for Duke, woven carefully into every aspect of our institutional strategy and culture.
By documenting our actions, we will be transparent and honest about the progress we’ve made and the work that still needs to be done.
We recognize and amplify the experiences and expertise at Duke to better understand the issues facing members of our community today.
